Rammstein fans urged to buy Belfast tickets from 'authorised' outlets
Fans of heavy metal outfit Rammstein have been urged to buy tickets from authorised outlets for the Belfast gig next year.
The German band will play Boucher Road Playing Fields on June 17 with tickets going on sale on Friday.
Aiken Promotions said it was aware of tickets on sale ahead of their official release and at "highly inflated prices" on re-seller websites.
"We strongly urge customers not to purchase tickets from any secondary sellers/sites," said promoters in a statement.
"Any ticket vendors offering Rammstein tickets for sale ahead of general release tomorrow are not authorised."
Rammstein are currently on their 2019 European tour, following the release of their untitled album in May 2019 - their first record in a decade. The band are renowned for the controversy with sex acts depicted on their stage shows and Nazi-era imagery used in their videos.
Viagogo - which is offering tickets on its website - said they were "valid".
"Tickets are listed on viagogo as soon as the seller uploads them because we are committed to ensuring that everyone has access to tickets," a spokesperson said.
"The fan presale for Rammstein’s Belfast performance took place yesterday, hence why there are tickets on sale on viagogo. Customers can be assured that all tickets on viagogo are valid."
Tickets go on sale Friday, July 5 at 11am from Ticketmaster outlets nationwide and ticketmaster.ie.
