A gif detailing European cities was shared on Rammstein's official Facebook page, captioned "Get ready for 2020!", and eagle-eyed fans spotted the Northern Ireland capital on the list.

Dates and venues for the tour are yet to be announced, but Northern Ireland Rammstein fans on Reddit are speculating the Belfast gig will be held outdoors due to the band's substantial use of pyrotechnics in their live shows.

Boucher Road Playing Fields, Windsor Park, Stormont and Ormeau Park are among the suggested venues, while some think that the graphic shared by the band illustrates the Ulster Hall.

The German band are currently on their 2019 European tour, following the release of their untitled album in May 2019 - their first record in a decade.

Rammstein are renowned for the controversy with sex acts depicted on their stage shows and Nazi-era imagery used in their videos.
