Lunchtime recital, Rosemary Street Presbyterian, Church, Belfast, Wednesday, July 14, 1.15pm
Since 1644, Rosemary Street Presbyterian Church has had a long and distinguished history, though using the building as an arts venue is, relatively speaking, a more recent diversification of its role.
This week the church plays host to the opening concert of an annual series of lunchtime recitals. These concerts feature young musicians working their way up the classical music career ladder.
Next Wednesday, Dublin-based teacher and performer Thérèse Fahy (above) will start the series with a piano recital. Although the series is free, there is an opportunity to give donations on the day.
