Having been nominated five times as country music's Male Vocalist of the Year, with five Platinum albums, 15 chart-toppers and 24 top 10 hits under his belt, country star Collin Raye (right) is a celebrated performer.
Making his debut on the American country music scene in 1991 with the chart-topping single, Love Me, Raye continued to produce hits throughout the 90s and, by 2007, had charted 30 singles on the US country charts, including In This Life, 1994's My Kind of Girl, and 1998's I Can Still Feel You.
Although Raye’s tenor voice is known primarily for his country pop ballads, he has also shown a diverse musical style in his work, such as the spoken-word verses of Couldn't Last A Moment or the more rock-tinged, up-tempo That's My Story.
RYou can see him at Cookstown’s Burnavon Theatre on Wednesday, Londonderry’s Millennium Forum on Thursday and Omagh’s St Josephs Hall next Friday. Other dates include The Waterfront Hall, Belfast (May 23), Enniskillen’s Ardhowen Theatre (May 26), Ballymena’s Tullyglass Complex (May 27), and Armagh’s Market Place Theatre (May 28).
