Scouting for Girls to play Belfast gig on 2019 UK tour

UK indie rockers Scouting For Girls have announced they will play a headline Belfast show later this year.

The band will take to the stage at The Limelight 1 on Monday, December 16 2019, coinciding with the release of their new album, The Trouble With Boys, which is due for release in September.

The Trouble With Boys dives into their love of uniquely British bands like The Kinks, ELO, Madness and The Beatles and is "designed to make people feel good".

Best known for their tracks including She's So Lovely and This Ain't A Love Song, Scouting for Girls released their self-titled debut in 2007, which shot to the top of the UK official album charts.

“Being in a band almost feels like you’ve gone to Neverland,” says frontman Roy Stride. “You never have to grow up.”

Tickets go on sale Friday, July 19 at 9am from, and Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.
