Alec Baldwin to star in documentary about DeLorean
Filming has started on a new feature-length documentary charting the life of flamboyant car-maker John DeLorean.
The film telling the story of the tycoon, whose car company at Dunmurry near Belfast collapsed in 1982, will hit screens next year.
Alec Baldwin, best known for satirising US President Donald Trump on American TV, is stepping into the driver's seat for the production by XYZ Films.
The documentary will include interviews with colleagues, employees, friends and family.
"DeLorean was a very divisive character, which is what makes him so interesting to dissect," Tamir Ardon, the film's Los-Angeles-based producer said.
