The Only Way Is Essex star Amy Childs has confessed she would love to have her very own reality TV show, but she isn't quite ready to abandon the programme that made her name just yet.
The 20-year-old beautician has become a celebrity thanks to the ITV2 hit about life in Essex, which won the YouTube Audience Award at the TV Baftas, but denied rumours she is about to leave the show after being offered her own starring role.
Amy admitted she'd be tempted to have her own show, saying: "I would love to, definitely in a couple of years, 100 per cent, but now Essex is my main priority.
She added: "I'm enjoying doing The Only Way Is Essex. If I do get my own show one day that would be lovely, but do you know what, I love doing The Only Way Is Essex so much."
Amy insisted what is seen on the show really is her normal, everyday life, and that is what makes it appeal to audiences so much.
She said: "Why I think it's been such a success is it's never been done before and we are so normal. People think we're actresses when this is our everyday life, it's actual real life, so it's all good."
