Andrea Faustini is the favourite to win this year's X Factor - but bookies have hinted the title might be stolen by a wildcard.
Powerful singer Andrea - who is in the boys category mentored by Mel B - currently has odds of 2/1 to win, according to William Hill.
The as yet unnamed eight-piece boy band in Louis Walsh's groups category are behind him at 5/1.
However, there is also the chance that one of the wildcards - who are set to be announced this weekend - could swipe the title.
The bookies said it is 4/1 that any wildcard act wins this year's X Factor .
It is currently 14/1 that the wildcard picked by Cheryl Fernandez-Versini in the girls category wins, while the boys wildcard is at 16/1 and the wildcard for the groups is at 25/1. The wildcard from Simon Cowell's category, the Overs, is at 100/1.
While the wildcards are under wraps, it has been reported that Overload are the chosen contestants for the groups category after they were apparently spotted leaving the X Factor house.
A source told Mail Online: "We recognised them as the group Overload from X Factor so we drove past and wished them luck in the show. They said 'thank you' and then one member quickly said 'oh but we were kicked out at bootcamp'."
There have also been reports that Lola Saunders will be brought back for the girls, after an apparent editing blunder meant she was spotted in the background of a trailer.
The ad shows Cheryl's final three girls sitting around a piano, and behind them a figure can be seen through a glass door, with many people suggesting it is Lola.
