Ashton: Don't believe the hype

Ashton Kutcher has apparently addressed rumours that his marriage to Demi Moore is in trouble.

The couple apparently spent their sixth wedding anniversary apart at the weekend as Ashton, 33, hit the town in San Diego and Demi, 48, attended the premiere of a short film she's directed.

Claims began to surface that their relationship was on the rocks when Demi tweeted about forgetting anger.

But Ashton appeared to respond to the claims by tweeting a link, without comment, to his Spotify account where he was playing Public Enemy's Don't Believe the Hype.

He later added: "'When you ASSUME to know that which you know nothing of you make an ASS out of U and ME'[sic]"

Ashton was seen leaving the Beverly Hills home he shares with Demi to go to the Warner Brothers studios to film the next episode of Two And A Half Men.

The couple began dating in 2003 and married in 2005.

The couple shot down previous rumours that their marriage was in trouble, which surfaced last year. Soon afterwards they shared a trip to Israel, which Ashton described as a spiritual journey.
