Beyonce: Fake bump claim ridiculous
Beyonce's spokeswoman has shot down rumours the star was using a fake baby bump on an Australian TV show, calling them "stupid, ridiculous and false".
Speculation was sparked when the bump appeared to fold in on itself as she sat down before an interview on the Sunday Night Show. Allegations followed that a prosthetic belly was used.
Her publicist Yvette Noel-Schure told ABCNews.com that the rumours are "stupid, ridiculous and false."
Beyonce - who announced she is expecting her first child with rapper husband Jay-Z at the MTV Video Music Awards in August - revealed on the programme that the baby is due next February.
She also admitted that she feels "blessed".
"I just feel like it's time and I'm very grateful that God has blessed me with the biggest gift any human being can have.
"I think because I have accomplished so many things for myself, and I didn't rush into anything. If there's any time, right now is the time. I'm so happy," she said.
