Brangelina sky high for Pax's party
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt treated their children to a hot air balloon ride to celebrate son Pax's birthday.
The family, minus two-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne, enjoyed a day of adventure and celebration in Paris at the weekend to mark their adopted Vietnamese son Pax turning seven, People.com reports.
Brad, Angelina, nine-year-old Cambodian son Maddox, five-year-old Ethiopian daughter Zahara and four-year-old biological daughter Shiloh arrived without a booking early on Sunday morning at the riverside Parc Andre Citroen in the Left Bank for a 20-minute ride in a tethered hot-air balloon.
The balloon operator said: "They were like any other family. There was nothing out of the ordinary to tell you about them which made them any different from any other family."
He added the children were "excited but well-behaved. What I think they wanted was a little moment of peace."
In the early evening the family also rented the Josephine riverboat from Port Debilly, near the Eiffel Tower, for a cruise on the Seine.
A crew member said: "We made a short cruise up-river. They stayed on board for about 90 minutes.
"Angelina is a very beautiful woman in person. She was friendly and spoke to me. Brad is very, very nice and very outgoing. He played a lot with the kids."
The family brought an assortment of cakes and sweets, and the boat was decorated with blue and yellow balloons.
The previous day Brad and Angelina were spotted taking daughters Shiloh and Zahara shopping in Paris.
