Brazier: Boys watch videos of Jade

Jeff Brazier has revealed his sons watch videos of their late mum Jade Goody whenever they want to help them keep her memory alive.

The TV presenter is a single parent to Bobby, eight, and Freddie, seven, since their reality TV star mother Jade died from cervical cancer on March 22, 2009, aged just 27.

Jeff said: "The boys are coming to terms with what happened to their mum.

"They're in a really fantastic place now. Every now and again there's a little wave [of grief], but that's completely natural and I'm really pleased with how they're getting on.

"We keep their mum's memory alive by talking about her, and they watch videos of her whenever they want. Last March on the anniversary we got lots of family and friends together and released balloons, so we mark the day in a positive way. It's really important to them."

As a former contestant on Dancing On Ice last year, Jeff has reviewed the progress of the competitors of the current series on ITV's This Morning.

But while his career is on screen, he resolutely shields his children from any publicity.

"Any single parent will tell you life can be tricky sometimes. It's difficult especially juggling my work, which is going well, with looking after the boys," he admitted

"But I've never felt I wouldn't be able to cope or not be able to do everything they needed. Of course, it could always go better, I'm not a perfect parent and I make mistakes all the time."
