Bronagh Gallagher set to kick off Sound of Belfast festival
Londonderry singer Bronagh Gallagher will launch the Sound of Belfast festival next month.
Other stars include Stiff Little Fingers, The Lost Brothers, Ciaran Lavery & Ryan Vail, and Billy Harrison from Them.
The event, which runs from November 6-14, will culminate with Divine Comedy, which is fronted by Enniskillen man Neil Hannon, receiving the Oh Yeah Legend Award in recognition of their exceptional contribution.
It will be presented during a special performance at the Mandela Hall in Belfast. In total, there are 27 events planned over the nine days of the festival.
Stuart Bailie, chief executive of the Oh Yeah music centre, said: "It's a joy to see this returning."
