Danielle Lloyd has asked fans to "pray for our little boy" after he was born 10 weeks early.
The 27-year-old model, who was due to give birth in September, had her second son at 6.30am on Wednesday morning and he is now being treated in a special care unit.
Danielle tweeted: "Thanks 4 all ur kind messages...Feeling very emotional please pray 4 our little boy hope he can be home with us soon."
She added on Thursday morning: "Just going in to see my little boy hope we can hold him today."
Danielle's footballer fiance Jamie O'Hara, 24, who was present at the birth, broke the news on Twitter.
He said: "Danielle has delivered our baby this morning 4lb 4oz, 10 weeks early. Baby and Dan are OK. Just letting the hospital look after him."
In a statement her management company said the baby "is currently being treated in the special care unit at a hospital near their home in the Midlands".
The couple - whose first son Archie turned one on Monday - are due to tie the knot next May.
