Departed Lady C has stinging words for Tony Hadley and Duncan Bannatyne
Lady Colin Campbell departed I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here! with some stinging words aimed at Tony Hadley and Duncan Bannatyne.
During her jungle stint she frequently clashed with the Spandau Ballet singer and Dragons' Den star.
"There is no prospect of me ever having Tony or Duncan in my life in any way, shape or form. They have earned my disregard ... they will have to live with it," she said in her first interview for the ITV show.
The 66-year-old author, dubbed Lady C, left "on medical grounds".
"Au revoir jungle! Never to return, thank God - although I have to say the jungle part of it I actually rather enjoyed."
Speaking at the luxurious Versace Hotel, Lady C reflected on her experience in Australia.
"It feels absolutely wonderful to be out of the jungle and in civilisation again. It was not the experience I was expecting in any way, shape or form," she stated.
"In many ways it was far more pleasurable and pleasant."
The Jamaican-born writer recalled her first Bushtucker Trial with Hollyoaks star Jorgie Porter, saying it was "no surprise" viewers had voted for her to eat jungle nasties.
"I was obviously the grandest person in the camp. We know that the British public are obsessed with class," she said.
She also spoke about Hadley's refusal to serve her after her team won the jungle boutique hotel challenge.
"Tony's refusal became personal because I was a Lady with a capital L. Had I been asked to be chambermaid, of course I would have done it. I am a sport. And I don't have a chip on my shoulder.
"I think there were so many arguments because Duncan and Tony had taken the decision to shut me up, shut me down and run me out of the camp," she stated.
Lady C's final day in the camp featured a row with Hadley and Bannatyne.
The Scottish businessman admitted he was "glad" to see her depart.
"Absolutely nothing I will miss about Lady C. Her accusations, her swearing, the fact that she won't do any work. I'm so glad she's gone," the 66-year-old said.
"Bit of a shock. Neither myself nor Duncan are going to start cheering," Hadley said. "It's not like that, but it's a huge relief as it was such a clash of personalities," he added.
Meanwhile, reality TV star Ferne McCann won eight stars for camp in Panic Pit Part 2.
This was the first Bushtucker Trial refused by Lady C because she felt it was "coffin-like".
When McCann met presenters Ant and Dec, they told her the trial involved c rawling in a tunnel.
For every minute she endured locked up with various jungle critters, she would win a star.
The Only Way Is Essex star screamed her way through the trial, but she persevered.
After dinner, there were lots of tears as the camp mates received letters from home.
As a result of Lady C's departure, Wednesday night's viewer vote was cancelled. Viewers who voted by phone will receive a full refund.
Lady C is the second celebrity to leave in unusual circumstances, following Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews.
He had to withdraw from the show after admitting to a steroid addiction.
I'm A Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here! is broadcast at 8.30pm on ITV
