Ferne McCann reunites with ex after Celebs Go Dating disaster

Ferne McCann has revealed her mystery man is actually her ex-boyfriend Arthur Collins.

Ferne McCann is giving her relationship with ex Arthur Collins another go after failing to find love on Celebs Go Dating.

The former The Only Way Is Essex beauty had hoped to meet her soulmate on the ITV2 programme, but instead had nightmare date after nightmare date.

However, fans were left speculating she may have found love off camera on the series, when she shared a snap of herself with a mystery man on Snapchat recently.

Ferne then revealed the identity of her suitor on Snapchat on Wednesday (22Mar17), as she shared pictures of herself and Arthur on a plane and later holding hands.

And Ferne can surely be safe in the knowledge that Arthur isn't going to suck her earlobe or insult her "big legs", like some of her dates on Celebs Go Dating.

The loveable star also tugged at viewers' heartstrings when she broke down numerous times on the programme, admitting that she was struggling with the cut-throat nature of dating.

After the season finale of the show saw her left without a partner, Ferne told the dating experts: "I have no one! I wanted to take this seriously. I wasn’t doing this for a fling. I feel like a failure and I’ve been left on the shelf. I wanted to meet someone and fall in love and that hasn’t happened!"

During an appearance last month (Feb17) on ITV's This Morning, on which she regularly appears as the entertainment correspondent, Ferne expanded on this, adding: "I want to fall in love."

She also told hosts Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes that when it comes to dating a new man, she looks for the "five Cs", before revealing they are: "Confident, caring, charismatic..."

Ferne then trailed off as she struggled to remember what the final two traits were.
