Fifth Bushtucker Trial for McKeith

Gillian McKeith has endured more torment in the jungle as she was selected to perform her fifth Bushtucker Trial.

The public voted for the nutritionist to grope around in the darkness to collect food tokens during the latest I'm a Celebrity... Get me Out of Here! challenge.

McKeith cried when she heard she has been selected to do the task, dubbed Calamity Cave, saying: "I can't do it. I'm sorry. I can't go in a cave with spiders."

On the way to the challenge she added: "I've had enough. I don't think I can do this actually."

The 51-year-old scavenged for stars guided by former WAG Sheryl Gascoigne. McKeith was forced to wear blacked-out goggles with attached cameras and Gascoigne directed her through the task while watching on a screen.

Despite a number of squeals, she managed to find four stars - two of which were hidden in a hole filled with mousetraps.

As the task neared its conclusion, McKeith warned: "I'm dizzy, I'm going to faint".

Gascoigne coaxed her towards an old detonator which she had to plunge down. As she did, sludge was poured all over Gascoigne, which earned another star for the camp.

After the trial, Gascoigne said: "She did absolutely fantastically today because I thought at the beginning she wasn't going to go in but she did and we've got five stars."
