Fifty Shades of Grey - We ask Belfast cinema goers if Jamie Dornan's performance whipped them into excitement

Hit or flop? Sexy or not? Belfast women give their verdict on 50 Shades of Grey.

We spoke to punters leaving a weekend screening of the controversial movie, starring local actor Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey and Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele.

It follows the relationship between the two individuals, who meet by chance when Anastasia interviews the young troubled billionaire in place of her sick roommate.

Little does Anastasia know that this interview will change her life forever.

As she delves deeper into the world of Christian Grey she learns that his true sexual proclivities push the boundaries of pain and pleasure.

We found out what some spectators thought after the film screening at The Odyssey Cinemas in Belfast.

Suzanne O’Hara from Belfast said: “The books are always better than the films, but I thought it was great - Jamie Dornan just did it for me.”
