Iron Maiden will return to Northern Ireland next year to play a headline as part of the Belsonic 2020 line up.

The heavy metal band will take to the stage at Ormeau Park on Monday, June 15 for what will be one of only two homecoming UK festival shows in 2020.

Maiden vocalist Bruce Dickinson said: "Next year we will play a number of countries and cities we have yet to visit on this incredible tour. It’s great to be returning to Belfast, this time for a festival date, and we will certainly go to town and add a few extra items to the show.”

The iconic rockers last came to Belfast in August 2018 when they played at the SSE Arena on their Legacy Of The Beast world tour.
