Josie Gibson shows off tummy tuck results in graphic image

Josie Gibson is considering becoming a lesbian after a messy split from her cheating ex.

Josie Gibson has shown fans the graphic results of her recent tummy tuck surgery in a gruesome Instagram post.

The former Big Brother champion has had a dramatic makeover since she won the reality contest in 2010, dropping from 16st 7lb to 10st 2lb at her lowest in 2013.

While she was pleased with her smaller frame, Josie was left with excess skin, so in November (16) she decided to undergo a tummy tuck to remove six pounds and 13 inches of loose skin.

In a graphic Instagram post on Monday (15May17), Josie showed off the results of the surgery by posing in a crop top and gym leggings behind a slab of skin resting on scales.

"So happy with the results of my abdominal plasty in September.. scar is amazing and healing nicely..Elain Sassoon was my surgeon and she is an incredible woman. Thank you botch up bodies #plasticsurgery #tummytuck #abdominoplasty," she posted alongside the shocking image.

Fans were quick to congratulate Josie on her new look, with many asking for details on the surgery for their own reference.

The positive comments will no doubt boost Josie's confidence, which has been dented recently by her love cheat ex-boyfriend Sam Player.

Josie recently took to Twitter to warn other girls away from her ex, telling her followers: "When you find out you've been going out with a complete narcissist and womanising weirdo for 6 weeks. Sam player you are vile. Outing the (pig emoji)."

In the wake of the messy split, the 32-year-old Bristolian told New! magazine that she's sworn off of men.

"I'm going to turn into a nun, or I could be a lesbian. I could have a relationship with a woman, 100 per cent. Especially now. I'd be an angry lesbian. I'm quite bloke-ish," she laughed. "Every bloke who's come into my life has screwed me over in one way or another and I'm sick of it."
