Kanye West wants to redesign high school football team uniform - report

Kanye is also planning to make a large donation to the educational facility.

Kanye West is reportedly keen to redesign the football uniform of an American high school.

The Stronger rapper has his own successful label Yeezy, which shows at New York Fashion Week, and regularly collaborates with brands such as Adidas.

Now he has turned his attention to sportswear, and according to editors at TMZ Kanye wants to take over and create new pieces for the sports team at Calabasas High School in California. According to the outlet, the musician's team has already met with school officials to discuss a partnership between Yeezy and the educational facility which would involve him re-branding the entire football team gear.

He apparently wants to change everything from the colours used by the school to the name, changing it from the Coyotes to the Wolves, the title of one of his songs.

On top of this, TMZ writes that Kanye will also make a big donation to the school to help improve its facilities, such as an upgrade to its gym.

The star's fashion empire is ever-growing as earlier this year (17) he announced a jewellery line which his wife Kim Kardashian had already been rocking on the red carpet for months. Kanye worked on the 12-piece collection with jewellery expert Jacob Arabo, taking inspiration from Italian art history.

"I wanted to create something that represented timeless love," Kanye told U.S. Vogue of the meaning behind his intricate pieces, which range in price from $1,530 (£1,236) to $13,360 (£10,800) per item.
