Katie Price attacks online trolls targeting disabled son
Katie Price has hit out at online trolls who posted cruel images and messages about her son Harvey.
In angry rants on Twitter and Instagram, she shared screenshots of the abuse and called on her followers to help identify people behind the vile memes of the disabled 13-year-old.
The mum-of-five tweeted she was "so angry and upset" at the images mocking Harvey who is blind, autistic and has Prader-Willi syndrome which causes him to always feel hungry.
Sharing a fake account set up in Harvey's name, she wrote: "Who is allowed to set up a site like this? Does anybody know this person as I'm sure the police will find out."
Next to a screenshot of a tweet which joked about sexually assaulting Harvey, she wrote: "Please help find and name and shame this disgusting human being."
She added: "Can everyone help report this sick twisted man and if you know him give me details. Please, he needs to be named and shamed and be questioned and clearly shouldn't be roaming around with thoughts like that about a child."
Price said she was "on a mission" to end the abuse and would report those who continued it.
"There should be more done to stop this happening to people like me and others," she tweeted, adding that she was "so angry and upset".
Harvey is the son of Price and former footballer Dwight Yorke.
Price came under fire recently after she made comments on TV show Loose Women suggesting she would have aborted Harvey if she'd known he would be born blind.
She said she would have been frightened about the prospect of having a disabled child but was pleased she did not terminate the pregnancy, later tweeting: " Harvey is my life and I am so proud of him!"
