Kerry Katona and second husband Mark Croft have divorced on the grounds of each other's unreasonable behaviour.
The 31-year-old reality TV star and the 40-year-old driver, who have two children together, were granted a decree nisi at the High Court's Family Division in London.
Neither Kerry nor Croft, who were married in Gretna Green, Scotland, on Valentine's Day 2007, attended the brief hearing before District Judge Malik.
In papers released later, the former Atomic Kitten, who also has two children by first husband Brian McFadden of Westlife, said that Croft's behaviour during their marriage caused her to suffer depression, for which she was prescribed medication.
In a question-and-answer style document, she said that the behaviour was not continuing and the date of the final incident relied on in her divorce petition was in October 2010.
In documents supporting his cross-petition, Croft, of Warrington, Cheshire, said that Kerry's behaviour had not affected his health.
Both said that residence and contact proceedings had concluded, with the children living with Kerry in Surrey.
The divorce will be finalised if an application for a decree absolute is made in six weeks time.
