Kim Kardashian ‘ditches cosmetic surgery to return to teenage figure’

The reality star is allegedly ditching the cosmetic enhancements for a natural body makeover.

Kim Kardashian is reportedly turning her back on cosmetic procedures in a bid to regain her youthful teenage look.

The 36-year-old reality star, who has become famous for her changing features, including her signature expansive derrière, has reportedly had a change of heart and has vowed to stop getting any more enhancements done.

According to editors at Heat magazine, the reality star has been inspired to rein in her penchant for self-modification, and is keen to return to a more natural look after reminiscing through an old photo album.

"She's been going back through old pictures of herself as a teenager – no huge butt, no alien-like face - and realises just what she's done to herself. Kim loved how she looked,” an insider told the publication. “She regrets it all, because she knows she's doomed herself to a life of upkeep or her whole body will turn into Play-Doh.”

Now the multi-millionaire reality star has reportedly “brainstormed a program” and assembled a makeover squad including beauty experts and her surgeon to advise her on how to “become more natural” in time for the birth of her third child via surrogate.

"The plan is for her to be surgery free apart form the occasional round of Botox or collagen, by the time her surrogate delivers early next year,” continued the source. “Above all she's maintaining her diet and fitness routine and wants her body to be in perfectly sculpted condition when the baby arrives, because she knows all eyes will be on her."

Kim, who has children North, four, and Saint, 20 months, with husband Kanye West, is reportedly focusing on ab work and squats to tone her bottom naturally, as well as adding muscle without looking bulky.

"Kim and her trainer are working on losing weight around her rear end, but keeping it taut and toned rather than plumping it up with anything fake,” the source added.
