Love Island finalist Olivia Attwood denies split from Chris Hughes

The split rumours came after Olivia was seen looking somewhat cosy with footballer Bradley Dack.

Olivia Attwood has denied rumours she and Chris Hughes have split up, insisting he was present while she spent time with footballer Bradley Dack.

The couple came in third place on ITV2 show Love Island and had appeared the picture of happiness in the days following the final.

After pictures of statuesque blonde Olivia looking somewhat cosy with Blackburn Rovers player Bradley at Faces nightclub in Essex over the weekend (05-06Aug17) emerged online, there were reports Chris had called time on the romance.

Sources told The Sun Online that he was "furious and heartbroken" over the snaps, however Olivia has taken to social media to deny the claims and confirm her beau was with her on the night in question.

"Just for the record. Chris and I were together Saturday night. So everyone can just relax," she wrote on Twitter on Monday, complete with the shaka sign emoji, suggesting things are fine within the relationship.

Fans were sure the two had called it quits, especially as Chris appeared to hint at trouble in paradise with a selfie on Instagram on Monday morning, in which he is seen smiling widely.

"Whatever makes you feel bad, leave it. Whatever makes you smile, keep it," he originally wrote alongside the picture, however he's now deleted the first sentence.

Chris and Olivia aren't the only Love Island couple whose romance seems to have been on the rocks; Montana Brown recently hinted she and Alex Beattie have gone their separate ways when she stated that they're both doing their own thing at the moment, while winners Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies were the subject of reports that he considers their relationship a "joke".

However, Essex hairdresser Kem hit back at the claims on his Twitter page, writing, "We are too strong to have immature, false stories affect us.. good effort though @Amber_Davies7."
