McFly's Harry Judd is the winner of the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special.

The 30-year-old drummer competed against contestants from previous series of the show including model Abbey Clancy, TV presenter Alison Hammond, TV and Radio Presenter Lisa Snowdon, The People's Strictly winner Lance Corporal Cassidy Little and Holby City's Tom Chambers.

Judd and his professional partner, Joanne Clifton, scored a perfect 40 for their American Smooth to Baby, It's Cold Outside.

The judges' scores were combined with votes from the studio audience to decide who would be lifting the famous Silver Star trophy.

The festive spectacular was hosted by the show's regular presenters, Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman.

Sir Bruce Forsyth was due to host the special, but pulled out due to health reasons.

The veteran presenter underwent keyhole surgery on an abdominal aortic aneurysm in November.
