Megan Fox has revealed that she has become a mother to "beautiful soul" Noah.
The former Transformers actress and her actor husband Brian Austin Green welcomed son Noah Shannon Green on September 27, but decided to keep the news to themselves for a few weeks.
The 26-year-old wrote on her Facebook page: "We have been very lucky to have had a peaceful few weeks at home. I gave birth to our son Noah Shannon Green on September 27th. He is healthy, happy, and perfect.
"We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love," she continued.
Noah is Megan's first child, while Brian - who found fame as DJ David on Beverly Hills, 90210 - has a 10-year-old son, Kassius, from a previous relationship.
Earlier this year the couple, who married in July 2010 after dating for six years, had refused to confirm or deny speculation that Megan, who starred in the first two Transformers films opposite Shia LaBeouf, was pregnant.
Congratulations messages were sent to the pair in June when Brian was pictured kissing his wife's stomach in Hawaii, but although Brian wrote: "We are so happy" he then added: "By the way that last tweet does not confirm or deny anything."
