Olly Murs optimistic for reunion with estranged twin brother Ben
Olly Murs is also keen to find a girlfriend.
Olly Murs has got "no doubt" he will end his feud with his estranged twin brother Ben.
The Troublemaker star fell out with his twin Ben in 2009 after opting to perform on The X Factor instead of serving as best man on his big day. Ben dropped Murs and took his wife's surname to further distance himself from the singer, and is now estranged from the rest of Olly's family, which is said to be breaking their mum Vicky-Lynn's heart.
However, the 33-year-old hasn't lost hope and is confident him and his brother will bury the hatchet one day.
"I think there's still a love there between all of us, it's just about finding a resolution and finding that moment in time where you can make it all come together and be fine," he told The Sun's Bizarre Life podcast.
"I've got no doubt it will happen - I'm sure it will because we're family and regardless of everything that's happened I'm sure we can come to some understanding and love will come through."
He explained his parents had urged him to keep their differences "behind closed doors" so he plans to make their possible reunion a private matter, adding, "Everything hopefully will work out."
The former X Factor runner-up is also on the lookout for a girlfriend following his split Francesca Thomas 18 months ago because he is not enjoying the single life.
He even went on dating show Take Me Out last year (16) to help him find the one and he admits his appearance didn't go down well on social media.
"I couldn't believe the amount of stick I got for that. I had all these messages on Instagram and Twitter, and even my friends and family messaging me, saying: 'Olly do you really seriously have to go on Take Me Out to find a girl?' 'You must be able to find a girl without going on a show,'" he said.
"I've met girls and had dates and I've done all that, but it's just trying to find the right one. You have to go out and have fun with the wrong ones in a sense to find the right ones."
