Over 30 artists announced for Lisburn's beer and music festival

Over 30 artists will perform at the beer & music festival in Lisburn next month.

The annual event at Hilden Brewery is Ireland's longest running beer & music festival.

Among those performing at the 35th anniversary celebrations will be The Unholy Gospel Band, Callum Stewart, Joshua Burnside, Lark, and Augustus Allen.

The Crossfire Hurricanes, Nathan O'Regan, Phil Dalton, and the Belfast Guitar Orchestra are also included in the line-up.

The musical entertainment will be accompanied by a host of family friendly activities, including art and creative workshops for children and The Gathering Drum circle.

There will also be a wide range of local beers, ciders and spirits to sample over the course of the Festival.

Frances Maguire from Hilden Brewery said: "Last year was the Year of Food and Drink and for the first time we were able to have nearly all local suppliers. That with the best in local music fuelled a fantastic festival.

"This August Bank Holiday our aim is to build on last year’s success whilst continuing to celebrate the best of all that is local."

The Hilden Beer and Music Festival runs from August 25-27.
