The Titanic Hotel in Belfast launched its new cocktail experience on Thursday night with the opening of the Harland Bar.
The hotel’s luxury cocktail venue, which boasts views of Titanic Belfast and the legendary Slipways, will serve a host of bespoke cocktails created by in-house mixologists.
Adrian McNally, General Manager at Titanic Hotel Belfast said: “Belfast has a discerning palette for cocktails, we know what makes a good drink and we certainly know what makes a great night out.
"Harland Bar combines the two effortlessly, providing professional serves from our master mixologists, and a luxurious venue boasting historic views you cannot get anywhere else.”
Unique serves on Harland Bar’s cocktail list include the Ms Millvina Dean, honouring the last remaining survivor from the Titanic disaster.
Ms Dean was only two months old when she boarded the Titanic, and survived with her mother and brother. She died in 2009, aged 97.
The team has also created a drink to honour the magnificent Drawing Offices, as well as serving some vintage cocktails including a Whiskey Sour, Old Fashioned, Sidecar and Manhattan alongside more contemporary cocktails from Cosmopolitans to Mojitos.
