Hugh Hefner's wife reportedly won't get a penny after it was announced the Playboy editor died yesterday morning, aged 91.

The tycoon, who brought sex and nudity into the mainstream, died "peacefully" and "surrounded by loved ones" at his Playboy Mansion.

Crystal Harris (31) married Hefner on New Year's Eve 2012. She is reported to have signed an "ironclad" prenuptial contract, which prohibits her from inheriting any of Hefner's $43m (£32m) fortune.

Instead, his assets will be split between his four adult children, the University of South California film school, and several charities.

Yesterday, Playboy posted on Twitter a black and white photo of its creator, who was known for his lavish parties, with his quote: "Life is too short to be living somebody else's dream."
