Pregnant Ferne McCann lands her own reality show - report
Ferne McCann apparently "couldn't resist" the £250,000 she was offered to star in her own reality series.
Ferne McCann has reportedly landed her own reality show following her pregnancy.
The former star of The Only Way Is Essex is currently expecting her first child with her ex-boyfriend Arthur Collins. And due to the interest in Ferne's personal life, with The Sun newspaper previously stating that she had been bombarded with offers for her own series, she has now signed on the dotted line.
Apparently, Ferne has agreed to a £250,000 fee for a reality series to be filmed by Quest Red, which airs Katie Price's reality series, with ITV reportedly in talks to broadcast the show.
"Ferne had a difficult decision to make about putting her pregnancy on screen, but in the end she couldn’t resist the offers," an insider told the newspaper.
"Her pal Sam Faiers and Made in Chelsea’s Binky Felstead have proven that baby shows can be a smart career move."
Ferne's TOWIE friend Sam had her pregnancy documented in ITVBe show The Baby Diaries before she landed spin-off The Mummy Diaries following the birth of her son, baby Paul. She is now expecting her second child.
Meanwhile, Binky and her partner Josh 'JP' Patterson enjoyed huge success with their E4 show Born in Chelsea, which followed the parents-to-be before and after they welcomed daughter India into the world.
According to the publication, Ferne was seen accompanied by cameras as she attended the Savvy Social "mummy event" with her own mother Gilly in London on Monday (21Aug17).
Ferne's pregnancy came amid a stressful time for the star, following Arthur's arrest for his involvement in an acid attack at a London nightclub earlier this year.
