X Factor mentor Kelly Rowland has taken all her girls to a spa break to ease their competition nerves.
Janet Devlin revealed she and rival contestants Misha B and Amelia Lily had been treated by the former Destiny's Child singer to help them relax before the next live show on Saturday.
The 17-year-old from County Tyrone revealed: "Kelly's given us a lot of support. We've all been really stressed, all the girls have been really stressed so we got to go to a spa, that was lovely.
"She's been really supportive this week."
Janet hopes to stay in touch with the X Factor judge after the show is over.
She said: "I'm not going to lose touch with her. She looks after us so well that you can't break that bond that you've made throughout the show."
And she insisted she won't be disappointed if she doesn't win The X Factor.
Janet said: "Not everything is about winning anyway. What you've got to do is do your best and hope it's good enough."
She also claimed wild child Frankie Cocozza, who was booted off the show amid drugs allegations, had been very quiet off camera.
She said: "Frankie's one of them people that you could get the vibe of him when he was in a room but he was still really quiet. He's a quiet boy. I think everyone would be surprised, he was not loud at all."
