Kristen Stewart is reportedly becoming a fresher this autumn as she has enrolled at university in the US.
The Twilight star will apparently be throwing herself into her studies on an English Literature degree course at University College of Los Angeles (UCLA) the Daily Mirror has said.
But the 23-year-old, who is currently filming prison movie Camp X-Ray, will carry on with her filming commitments so she is said to be completing the course by correspondence.
A source said: "Yes, Kristen's a Tinseltown actress worth millions but she is already considering a life after film. She never got to complete college and she wants to get a proper education. She is a voracious reader and cannot wait to get going on her correspondence course.
"It won't be easy and it will mean putting in some fairly strenuous hours. But once she's graduated, Kristen will be able to do almost anything she wants, in or out of Hollywood."
Other stars who have combined work and uni include Emma Watson, who transferred from America's Brown University to Cambridge last year, and Lily Cole who graduated with first class honours from Cambridge.
K-Stew has been in heavy training for Camp X-Ray, which is based in a Guantanamo Bay detention camp, and won the movie actress award for romance at the recent Teen Choice Awards for her role as Bella in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2.
