Take That celebrates 30 years with Greatest Hits Live tour around Ireland and UK

To celebrate their 30 year milestone, Take That have announced a UK & Ireland arena and stadium tour where they will perform all their greatest hits live.

The band will be performing at Dublin's 3Arena on April 29 2019 where they will be joined by special guest Rick Astley.

They have also confirmed the release of ‘Odyssey’ - a re-imagined greatest hits album and 'a celebration of Take That’s past and present'.

“The story is, if you think about it’" said Howard, "quite mad."

"We wanted to tell the tale of the band," said Mark. "If you only ever own one of them, this should be the definitive Take That record."

The 2 disk album is a mix of their all-time biggest hits and ‘reimagined’ versions of Take That classics, with new arrangements and production and some tracks being rebuilt from scratch.

"Some have been reworked, but without spoiling what people loved about them in the first place," said Gary .

"You’ve got to be respectful, but at the same time, you’ve got to let the ambition of doing something new and refreshed come through as well."

Tickets go on sale Friday, September 28 from €66.45 and are available Ticketmaster outlets nationwide, on 0818 719 300 or www.ticketmaster.ie
