Thyne: It's baby central on Bones
Bones actor TJ Thyne has revealed the set is like "baby central" this season.
While Emily Deschanel's real-life pregnancy has been written into the story, TJ - who plays entomologist Dr Jack Hodgins - is a new dad on screen with fellow actress Michaela Conlin (screen wife Angela) in the crime series' seventh series.
"It's going to be baby central on the set of Bones," he said.
The 36-year-old actor is delighted about having kids around, adding: "Angela and I are very proud parents and Michaela and I get really giddy when we play with these sweet kids, that play our little one. We're very lucky."
Aside from babies, TJ teased that fans should be satisfied with the seventh season, which airs on Wednesday nights on Sky Living HD.
"We have new interns, we have new babies, we have new serial killers. Seven is chock-full of a lot going on," he said.
Being on the show, which has run since 2005, has been an experience for the actor, who compares it to being in a family.
"It's that whole parallel thing. The characters are going through all of this and in real life, we're also going through all this," he described.
"We're really seeing each other grow. There have been marriages since we started and babies. It's great, it really is a family atmosphere."
