Tilda Swinton in front row at LFW
Tilda Swinton, Kanye West and Rosario Dawson were among the latest stars packing into the front row at London Fashion Week.
Scottish designer Christopher Kane surprised by pairing a collection rich with brocade, fringe appliques and glittering embellishments with flat, rubber flip-flop like sandals.
Front row fans included Kanye West, American Vogue's Anna Wintour and Samantha Cameron, Prime Minister David Cameron's wife and patron of Fashion Week.
Also showing their spring and summer 2012 collections on day four of Fashion Week were Pringle of Scotland and Burberry, two "heritage" brands steeped in British history.
Oscar-winning actress Tilda Swinton, the "face" of Pringle, said of head designer Alistair Carr: "I think he's supersonic.
"He's taken an old lady texture and recycled the concept to make something modern. It's really clever," she said, before going backstage to give Carr a big hug.
