Timberlake guard freed after arrest

Justin Timberlake's bodyguard has been released by police after he was arrested following a tussle with photographers outside a famous celebrity haunt.

The actor and singer, in London promoting his new film Friends With Benefits, was going for dinner with co-star Mila Kunis at Nobu in Mayfair when one of his staff scuffled with a photographer.

A Scotland Yard spokesman said: "Police were called to Berkeley Street at approximately 9.45 last night to reports of an assault.

"A man alleged he was assaulted. He suffered minor injuries. He did not require hospital treatment.

"Officers later arrested a 45-year-old man at a central London hotel on suspicion of common assault. He was held at a central London police station but was later released with no further action."
