Usher, Tinie for X Factor mentors?
Tinie Tempah and Usher are revving up to be mentors on The X Factor.
The US superstar is being lined up to give Kelly Rowland a hand with her acts, while London rapper Tinie is set to help Tulisa Contostavlos with hers in the judges' houses stage next month.
"Kelly has a lot of friends in high places but has asked Usher to be her wingman," a source told The Sun.
"He loves the show as he's been on it a few times and gets on well with Simon Cowell and the top brass. Plus, he knows a thing or two about finding new talent as he was the man who discovered Justin Bieber."
Tinie has been approached by the show's new judge Gary Barlow and the show's producers.
Speaking about the Pass Out star, the source said: "Tulisa knows Tinie really well and would love for him to join her with the contestants once they are through bootcamp. Gary is also close to Tinie and has been working with him on the new Children In Need single."
Robbie Williams could also be Gary's right-hand man, while Sharon Osbourne is tipped to be advisor for Louis Walsh.
