The Queen's granddaughter Princess Eugenie married wine merchant Jack Brooksbank in Windsor on Friday.

Watching in the historic 15th-century chapel of Windsor Castle were the monarch, the Duke of Edinburgh, and more than 40 members of the royal family including the Prince of Wales, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The Princess wore a dress by British based Peter Pilotto and Christopher De Vos. The neckline folded round the shoulders in to a low back, which she requested to reveal the scar from a childhood scoliosis operation, in a tribute to the hospital where she was treated.

Eugenie's sparkling tiara was the Greville Emerald Kokoshnik Tiara, lent to her by her grandmother the Queen.

Celebrity guests included Hollywood actresses Liv Tyler and Demi Moore, supermodels Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell, singers Ricky Martin, Ellie Goulding and James Blunt, actor Stephen Fry, and artist Tracey Emin, as well as pop star Robbie Williams and his wife Ayda Field.

The bouquet was designed by Patrice Van Helden Oakes, sister of floral designer Rob Van Helden, and featured a sprig of myrtle from the walls of Osbourne House - a royal tradition which was started by Queen Victoria.

Mother of the bride Sarah, Duchess of York, in a vibrant green outfit, was seated in the row in front of her former father-in-law the Duke of Edinburgh.

It is the first time the pair are believed to have been pictured together for 26 years, after Sarah was outcast from the royals following the famous "toe-sucking scandal".

Maid of honour Princess Beatrice delivered a reading from F Scott Fitzgerald's Great Gatsby, with some on social media questioning the use of the excerpt from the tragic tale about conman Jay Gatsby.

Jack and Eugenie met on the slopes at a friend's house in Verbier, Switzerland, in 2010.
