Watch: Belfast dancers Holly and Meghan join Justin Bieber on stage in Dublin - 'What's your name gorgeous?'

Holly and Meghan were picked from thousands of young dancers to perform with the singer.

Belfast dancers Meghan Sewell (11) and Holly Sullivan (12) had the night of their lives on Wednesday when they performed on stage with Justin Bieber in Dublin.

The girls - who are part of the Prime Intensity dance group in Belfast - were picked from thousands of young dancers who auditioned to join the six-piece ensemble for Bieber's song 'Children'.

Their dance coach Shannon Mateer says both Holly and Meghan have been "buzzing" since they appeared on stage at the RDS Arena.

"When we arrived at the Arena we were brought backstage and had a run through with Justin's choreographers," she said. "They also got VIP tickets for them and their mums, so they were able to watch the show before and after they performed.

"On stage they did a bit of freestyle dancing before doing the routine with Justin. He then went to each of the kids to get them to say hello to the crowd.

"Meghan was first and Justin went up to her and said 'what's your name, gorgeous?' - she hasn't stopped talking about it since, we'll never hear the end of it.

"He also gave Holly a hug and a high five and he told all the kids how great they were.

Shannon continued: "The girls were buzzing afterwards, when we were walking out of the arena everyone was stopping them and asking them for photos. People recognised them so they are both so happy and feel proper famous now."

Shannon encouraged the girls to audition for the gig after seeing a video online looking for young dancers to perform with the Canadian singer during his Purpose World Tour concerts.

"I had seen a video online with instructions on how to audition," said Shannon. "The girls had to learn the routine and also say a bit about who they were and what city they wanted to dance in. They also had to do a bit of a freestyle dance at the end.

"I taught the kids the routine in class, but I didn't tell them what it was for, so when I did explain that they would be auditioning for Justin Bieber, nobody would believe me."

Shannon posted the videos on YouTube and was shocked when Bieber's management got in contact to say Meghan and Holly had been picked.

"It has been a night they'll never forget," she said.
