Watch: Co Clare chip shop hosts céilí while customers wait for food

What do you do when you are waiting for your fish and chips? You start a massive party, of course.

Enzo's chip shop in Ennis, Co Clare became an unusual venue for a traditional Irish céilí this week when musicians who were taking part in the 2017 Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann decided it was time for a dance.

Onlookers and staff were suitably entertained while they waited for their food as the talented young players performed a few tunes for the shop.

The Fleadh is the largest traditional Irish music festival in the world with 10,000 musicians performing over the course of the festival.

Around 450,000 people have visited Ennis over nine days for the huge event.
