Watch: Stephen Nolan's beef with cows that tried to raid home
Broadcaster Stephen Nolan got a rude awakening yesterday morning when a herd of cows invaded his property.
The presenter took to social media to share footage of the bizarre incident, which shows around a dozen cows peeking in through his patio windows as the BBCNI radio presenter bangs on the door in a bid to shoo them away.
His alarm is then triggered and Mr Nolan runs outside, wearing only his boxer shorts, in a bid to chase the beasts off his property.
He eventually manages to corral the herd into a nearby field.
"I actually thought I was getting raided by the Army or something," he said.
"The cows from somewhere near my house had broken into my site and were eating my plants, trampling all over my flowers. So I bounced out of my bed, screaming at these things.
"It's ridiculous," he said.
I thought I was getting raided by the British army . I woke up to sound of heavy footsteps and banging on my door. Cows broke into my site. Set off alarms, which sent call to security team. Total mayhem . Dirty brutes. I’m furious pic.twitter.com/n7FpIh74TN— Stephen Nolan (@StephenNolan) May 29, 2019
