Watch: The Grand Tour's Clarkson, Hammond and May audition for new racing driver

The Grand Tour returns this December and - it would appear - there's been a change to the line-up.

In the latest teaser for he Amazon Prime show, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May are seen auditioning for a new racing driver.

Ex-Formula One driver Mark Webber sets a scintillating time in a Porsche - who he just happens to drive for - but finds it difficult to get the best out of a Mercedes supercar.

In the first series of The Grand Tour the trio were partnered with "The American" Dave Skinner, a motormouth former stock car driver, a contrast to the faceless and voiceless Stig which helped make Top Gear the global success story for the BBC.

Could these auditions hint at a possible change in the line-up? The Grand Tour streams on Amazon Prime from December 8.
