Yvonne tells of heartache as children join Ronan Keating in Australia

By Laura Butler

Yvonne Keating has told of her anguish over her children leaving her to spend time in Australia with her estranged husband Ronan and his girlfriend Storm Uechtritz, who they are meeting for the first time.

The 38-year-old will soon see Jack (13), Missy (11) and seven-year-old Ali pack their suitcases and set off on a trip to Australia, where they will spend time with the former Boyzone singer at his base in Sydney.

The former model admitted that she's been finding it difficult to "even think" about her kids leaving her alone in Dublin to spend time with her ex and his girlfriend Storm Uechtritz.

"I will miss them terribly -- I can't even think about it -- but I will use the opportunity to reconnect with family and friends and to pursue other work projects," she said.

Evidently the former husband and wife, who officially announced their separation in April this year after 14 years of marriage, have agreed to include their partners in their children's lives.

The Keatings' children have already gotten to know Yvonne's new boyfriend, cameraman John Conroy, who she met on the set of daughter Missy's horror film 'Dark Touch' earlier this year.

Mr Conroy has also been working on Missy's latest production, a feature-length adaptation of author John Banville's 'The Sea'.

He was seen enjoying a meal with the family earlier this week.

In her latest 'VIP' column, Yvonne said that they all had a memorable time during filming in Wexford.

"We had such a memorable time and had the opportunity to get to know lots of interesting and talented people.

"Although it was a busy time, we did have time to try some archery and zip-lining in Courtown, when Jack and Ali joined us at the weekends."

Television producer Ms Uechtritz is involved in Australia's version of 'The X Factor', on which 35-year-old Ronan is a judge. The pair have been dating for two months.
