Hill Street Hatch is an incubator business that sets out to take the risk out of new hospitality ventures in Northern Ireland.

It works through a pop-up space in Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter, providing a space, community, and opportunity to test ideas and meet customers face-to-face “without the traditional barriers to entry of set-up, long-term leases and exorbitant rent”.
