Effective marketing plays a vital role in helping an agri-food business to grow, says Moy Park manager
Leading UK food company Moy Park has joined with Food NI to sponsor the Best Marketing Achievement category at the inaugural NI Year of Food and Drink Awards.
The awards recognise and celebrate achievements of local food producers throughout the NI Year of Food and Drink and the entries will be judged by a panel of distinguished industry experts. Aisling Graham, Moy Park interim brand marketing manager, said: "Moy Park is delighted to partner with Food NI to sponsor the Best Marketing Achievement category at the NI Year of Food and Drink Awards.
"We recognise the important role effective food marketing plays in the growth of an agri-food business, and there have been some great successes this year."
Aisling added: "The NI Year of Food and Drink provided a brilliant backdrop to help promote local produce. We showed our support for the initiative throughout 2016 - from working with Jenny Bristow during Love NI Meat Month, to transforming a bus shelter into an outdoor oven.
