Belfast-based Keystone NI is sponsoring the Best Property Management Company prize in this year's Belfast Telegraph Property Awards.

The company has a powerful real estate practice, having advised on a series of high-profile property deals over the past year.

These have included the lease of 9 Lanyon Place, Belfast to the Department of Finance, one of the largest ever office leases in Northern Ireland.

The company also worked on the full letting of Phase 1, Westwood Retail Park in Belfast, the Northside Regeneration's £40 million development of 620-bed student accommodation on Donegall Street, and the much-anticipated Giant's Park on the north foreshore of Belfast Lough.

The Keystone NI property team includes directors Danny McKay, Jim Houston and solicitor Jonny Mullan.

Jim Houston commented: "Local management companies provide the Northern Ireland property market with great experience and capability. I'd like to take the opportunity to congratulate all the nominees in this category and wish them the very best of luck."
