Memorial parade to make deaths of soldiers Fred Starrett and Private James Cummings [Photos]

Memorial parade to mark the 30th anniversary of deaths of Private Fred Starrett and Private James Cummings. They died after a 200lb bomb went off as they closed a security gate on Royal Avenue on February 24, 1988. The annual procession, organised by Ulster Defenders of the Realm LOL 710, paid tribute to Fred Starrett from east Belfast and James Cummings from Rathcoole. Mr Starrett and Mr Cummings belonged to Ballymacarrett No 6 District's Banner of the Cross LOL 1310 and Johnston's Golden Star 1934 respectively.
