MEMBERS of the local Baha'i community have just returned from taking part in the annual Northern Ireland Baha'i Summer School in Portrush.

The school brought together people not just from all over Ireland and Britain but from Germany, Norway, Greece, New Zealand, Israel, and the United States.

This year's theme was Faith in Our Future and there was a series of lectures and workshops with guest speakers.

There was also a special programme for children and young people. A specially welcomed guest speaker was Mrs Leslie Taherazedeh, originally from Belfast, now living in the Holy Land, who spoke on the subject of pilgrimage.
